KBL - KREDIETBANK LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg subsidiary of the Belgian bank KREDIETBANK has taken an 80% majority stake in the fortune management group MOBILIARE BANCONAPOLI & FUMAGALLI SOLDAN from BANCO DI NAPOLI. The remaining 20% will stay in the hands of the management.
