Belgium's ROULARTA MEDIA GROUP (annual turnover of FF 2.86 bn) has taken a 50% stake in IDEAT EDITIONS (annual turnover of FF 12 million), the publishing firm of "Tendance". Laurent Blanc, founder of the publication, remains a 50% co-shareholder.
