ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) heating

Germany's PREUSSAG is to sell its subsidiary KERMI (374 million euro turnover in 2000) specialized in sanitary and heating material, to the Swiss group ARBONIA-FORSTER (417 million turnover in 2000) through an exchange of shares. Through this acquisition, ARBONIA intends widening its range of products for the building and internal decorating industry.
