Luxembourg, 24/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Italian Agriculture Minister, Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio, presented a fifteen page document outlining guidelines for a "radical" reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) which, according to him, cannot be further postponed.
