The German firm in difficulty, BRAU UND BRUNNEN is to sell off some 80 brands of the hundred or so it exploits so as to be "ready" for a sale. The group is currently held to the tune of 55.16% by HYPOVEREINSBANK. Its sales price after ridding itself of the excess baggage should exceed the 511 million euro mark.
