The German insurance group ALLIANZ is to sell its Scandinavian activities FORSIKRINGSAKTIESELSKABET ALLIANZ NOREUROPA (turnover EUR 45 million in 2000 with 105 employed) to the Danish group ALKA FORSIKRING (turnover EUR 215 million in 2000), present in the life-insurance and non-life insurance line, for an undisclosed amount.
