The German group ECKES GRANINI, the European leader for fruit juice with a turnover of EUR 555 million in 2000, 1,200 employed and nine subsidiaries in Europe, has acquired 60% of the capital of JOKER (turnover EUR 127 million in 2000 with production of 105 million litres of fruit juice, 90% of which is sold in France).
