The GEFCO transport and logistics group (PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN) plans to take over the road haulage activities of its subsidiary TRANSAUTO-STUR (turnover EUR 129.58 million in 2000 with 1500 employed) and to sell the other industrial vehicle renting business of this company.
