The ALBATEAM consortium is to take over the logistics business of French manufacturer RENAULT within CAT - COMPAGNIE D'AFFRETEMENT ET DE TRANSPORT (turnover EUR 1.2 billion in 2000 with 2,500 employed), which will give rise to the first independent group of automobile logistics in Europe.
