Luxembourg, 21/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - Eurostat states that industrial production in the euro zone increased by 2% in December 2000, compared to November, following a rise of 1.2% in November and a fall of 0.2% in October. As for the Europe of the Fifteen (EU15), it increased by 1.4%, in December, following a rise of 0.9% in November and 0.4% in October.
