Brussels, 21/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - During the meeting on 14 February of the steering committee of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), its General Secretary Emilio Gabaglio stressed the shortcomings in the Commission's summary report to the European Council of Stockholm on "achieving the EU's potential: consolidating and enlarging the Lisbon strategy", (see EUROPE of 8 February, p.6).
