21/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Swedish EU Council Presidency is organising on 1 and 2 March in Norrkoping, a seminar on the theme "Children in armed conflicts and displaced children", during which experts will examine the immigrant policies and cooperation for development in the light of children's rights.
