The Austrian airline AUA - AUSTRIAN AIRLINES, launched a public tender offering on LAUDA AIR, specialised in tourist destinations, in which it holds 54.6%. The operation covers the 7.1% of the shares, for which AUA is offering 7.60 Euros per share.
