The Belgian group RECTICEL acquired, for an undisclosed sum, the Spanish polyurethane manufacturer INESPO (annual turnover of around EUR 35 millions with 200 employees and two production sites in Spain). This transaction, paid in cash, will notably allow it to take full control of IBERFOAM, 50-50 joint venture created with INESPO.
