The Swedish company MÖLNLYCKE HEALTH CARE concluded an agreement with the American JOHNSON & JOHNSON relating to the acquisition of the "Barrier" activity and brand (single use sheets and clothing products) from the latter, for a total of EUR 112 million. The new group will have a turnover of around EUR 459 million of which 325 million in Europe and 100 million in the United States. At the same time, its staff will rise from 1,900 to 4,800 workers.
