The French group VINCI (construction and services) sold its engineering company INGEROP to its managers for EUR 4.6 million. In concrete terms, the buyers will acquire the INGEROP PARTICIPATIONS holding and retrocede its "keys in hand" activities to VINCI. Regrouped under the "Litwin" name, the latter are not part of the operation and remain to be sold. They include 200 people and have a turnover of close to FF 350 million.
