Brussels, 07/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Social Dialogue Committee in the Telecommunications Sector will sign on 7 February in Brussels in the presence of Anna Diamantopoulou, European Commission for Social Affairs, an agreement setting out guidelines for the organisation of "teleworking" in Europe. This agreement follows on from a joint statement by telecommunications operators and trade unions from the sector that was sent as a contribution to the Lisbon Summit in March 2000.
