DEUTSCHE BANK has signed a contract with the French insurance company AXA for acquisition of the WORMS bank. The deal, announced in October for an undisclosed amount, concerns the bank WORMS SA and its subsidiaries GPW (Gestion Privée Worms) and NFMDA. The units taken on by the German bank include a network of 17 agencies for 850 employed, as well as 15,000 private clients and 2,000 corporate clients.
