Infringement proceedings continue against nine Member States for non-compliance with the directive on elimination of PCBs and PCTs

Brussels, 25/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has gone one stage further in the infringement proceedings initiated against nine Member States for their failure to comply with the obligation to communicate information required under Directive 96/59/EC concerning the elimination of polychlorobiphenyls (PCBs) and polychloroterphenyls (PCTs).
