ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) finance

The regional banks CREDIT AGRICOLE of Alsace and that of the Vosges are to merge, creating a new entity from 1 July 2001 called CREDIT AGRICOLE ALSACE VOSGES. The new entity will achieve a gross banking product of FF 1.2 bn through 176 agencies, with 386,000 customers.
