Brussels, 25/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Commission announced the sending of no less than 22 motivated opinions to twelve Member States, for non-respect of five Directives relating to the internal market. These Directive concern the payment systems, investor compensation systems, specialist doctors, the right of establishment for lawyers and insurance.
