25/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - Rapprochement between the EU and NATO, and the question of visas will not move forward until the problem is resolved, said Greek Foreign Minister Georges Papandreou on Tuesday. He was speaking on behalf of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, which is denied the right, by Greece, to call itself quite simply "Macedonia".
