Commission approves development programme for Brandenburg (Germany)

Brussels, 11/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the operational programme (OP) for Brandeburg for the period 2000-2006, programme part of the Community Support framework (CSF) devised for german regions eligible for aid under Objective 1 of the Structural Funds. It has to allow for the creation or retention of 30,000 jobs and the equivalent of 40,000 full time jobs but temporary and offer, moreover, 204,000 people the possibility of training intended to prevent...
