The German group BAYER has sold, for around EUR 25 million, its minority 20% stake in the company KERR-MCGEE PIGMENTS to KERR MCGEE CHEMICAL, the German subsidiary of the American group by the same name. The latter already held the remaining 80% of this joint venture based in Germany in which BAYER had transferred its titanium dioxide activities.
