Brussels, 11/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - Next Tuesday, the European Parliament will discuss the report by British Conservative Christopher Heaton-Harris on the report by the Court of Auditors concerning the "management efficiency" of the European Monetary Institute and of the European Central Bank during the financial year 1998.
