According to the Singapore daily, the Straits Times, ORANGE is in talks to take a 30% stake in MOBIL ONE, the Singapore operator, held by CABLE AND WIRELESS and the Hong Kong group PCCW - PACIFIC CENTURY CYBERWORKS.
