ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION (French group BOUYGUES) and the American business bank BLACKSTONE-MALVERN have joined forces in the software field. Both partners have thus announced the creation of PARCOLOG, a company held at 66% by the American and 34% by the BTP subsidiary of BOUYGUES. The new undertaking aims at an annual turnover between FF 380 and 500 million.
