The free Internet access provider LIBERTY SURF, now controlled by TISCALI (see other article) will hand over a candidacy file for the take-over of the specialist in pre-pay phone cards INTERCALL. Other companies are on the list among which DEUTSCHE TELEKOM. Furthermore, LIBERTY SURF will be on the verge of announcing a alliance with the Belgian telecommunications group BELGACOM still controlled for more than 50% plus one share by the Belgian State.
