The French AXA increased its stake in the capital of its American subsidiary AXA FINANCIAL to 100% following the extension of the period for the acquisition offers by minority interests. AXA MERGER CORP, other 100% subsidiary of AXA, was merged as planned with AXA FINANCIAL.
