The American businessman Guy Wyser-Pratte sold his 10.7% stake in TAITTINGER (Champagne) to the FRERE group (Belgium). The latter also acquired 11.4% of SOCIETE DU LOUVRE. The total cost it EUR 153.3 million. Wyser-Pratte acquired, on the one hand, an additional stake in the French company LEGRIS INDUSTRIES (construction cranes, logistics) in which it now holds 10.8% of the capital.
