ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) mechanics

The French group BOUVERAT (turnover of FF 350 million in 2000 with 370 employees), manufacturer of mechanical pieces, accepted the offer for the take-over of the American group AUTOCAM. Thanks to this operation, the latter will have a total turnover of USD 245 million and will employ 2,170 employees with 12 production sites throughout the world.
