The French analysis and food control company EUROFINS SCIENTIFIC announced two acquisitions. It will sell, on the one hand, 51% of the Danish MILJOE KEMI, specialised in the sampling and analysis of toxic contaminants present in the air, water, ground and agricultural and biological samples having produced a turnover of EUR 15 million in 1999-2000 with 250 employees and 10 laboratories.
