ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) distribution

In the context of steps being taken by the French group CARREFOUR to pull out of its non-distribution activities, CARREFOUR ESPAGNE has sold 47 shopping centres to KLEPIERRE for EUR 303.51 million. The centres will be managed by a company set up for the purpose by CARREFOUR (50% plus one share) and KLEPIERRE. Also as part of the rationalisation of its non-core activities, CARREFOUR has merged DELAUTO SA with FEU-VERT IBERICA.
