Germany's HENKEL (detergent and glue) has announced its acquisition of the Mexican-based detergent division of the American firm COLGATE PALMOLIVE, which has annual turnover of EUR 83 million, for an unspecified amount. The acquisition concerns the products marketed under the "Viva" brand.
