04/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Council of the EU has adopted a Decision on the Community's membership of the International Study Group on Lead and Zinc. The Group was set up in 1960 as an international consultation forum on trade in the two metals. It publishes statistics on the lead and zinc supply and demand and researches solutions to specific lead and zinc market problems.
