SEAT PAGINE GIALLE, a subsidiary of TELECOM ITALIA, will be buying the American NETCREATIONS (on-line sales in the United States; turnover of USD 21 million in 1999) for USD 111 million. The transaction, expected to be finalised in the first quarter of 2001, still has to be approved by US competition authorities.
