Brussels, 28/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the German group RAG AG's acquisition of a 50% stake in Belgium's Bunkering Considar Coal Trading N.V. (BCCT). Following the operation, BCCT will be jointly owned by RAG and the current majority shareholder, Sidmar Group.
