ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) airlines

AUA - AUSTRIAN AIRLINES is considering taking over LAUDA AIR in which it already has a 35.9% stake. With this in mind, it will try to buy the 20% stake held by LUFTHANSA (Germany). AUA and LAUDA AIR are both part of AUSTRIAN AIRLINES GROUP of which the regional airline company TYROLEAN AIRWAYS is also part.
