The Commission approves participation of Dana Corp in Getrag Getriebe- und Zahnradfabrik

Brussels, 09/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved an operation by which the US company Dana Corp acquires joint control of GETRAG Getriebe- und Zahnradfabrik Hermann Hagenmeyer GmbH&Cie, by contract and acquisition of shares together with Tobias Hagenmeyer Industriebeteiligungsgesellschaft mbh.
