Mr pasqua calls for a discussion of a ban on animal meal in next week's plenary session

Brussels, 09/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - "France and the European Union must urgently take all necessary measures to apply the precautionary principle in the face of an epidemic which has survived all the partial measures taken to date, and restore consumer confidence in their food", argued Charles Pasqua (France) in a letter to the President of the European Parliament.
