Limited ambitions for the 4th ministerial conference at Marseilles (15 and 16 November) - The political "Charter" is not yet ready - Relaunch of several economic projects?

Brussels, 09/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The 4th Euro-Mediterranean Council meeting will be held in Marseilles as planned on 15 and 16 November. The fifteen EU Member States are expected to attend, along with Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Palestine, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, Cyprus and Malta. The meeting is a follow-up to both the Stuttgart conference in April 1999 (the 3rd ministerial meeting) which relaunched the "Barcelona Process" and the informal meeting in Lisbon in May...
