Brussels, 20/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Agriculture Council, which opens on Monday afternoon in Luxembourg under the chairmanship of French Minister Jean Glavany, will provide an opportunity for ministers to discuss several sectoral reforms without, however, getting to the heart of the negotiations.
