The second largest German in energy E.ON and the Swedish SYDKRAFT have announced the sale of their stakes in HEW, electricity supplier to Hamburg, to the Swedish group VATTENFALL in exchange for several stakes and EUR 490 million in cash. E.ON holds 15.4% of the capital in HEW and SYDKRAFT 21.8%.
