20/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - Willy Rothley MEP (Socialist Group) has announced that a group of parliamentarians has prepared a draft directive that would allow Member States to apply, if they so wished, an imposed price scheme for books (including sales over the Internet), putting an end to the current situation of legal uncertainty.
