20/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Turkish Foreign Minister, Ismail Cem, welcomed, on Friday, the withdrawal from the agenda of the House of Representatives of the United States of review of the resolution which describes the massacre of Armenians, committed under the Ottoman Empire, as "genocide".
