Commission to refer to Court of Justice certain arrangements for privatisation of British Airports Authority (BAA)

Brussels, 11/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to attack the United Kingdom before the Court of Justice, considering that certain provisions adopted during the privatisation of BAA (British Airports' Authority) constitute unjustified restrictions on the free movement of capital and the right of establishment within the Internal Market.
