Strasbourg, 11/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption of the report by Finnish national Esko Seppänen (GUE/NGL), the European Parliament last week approved in plenary (120 for, and 3 abstentions) the extension of the guarantee granted by the Community to the European Investment Bank (EIB) for loans in favour of projects in Croatia.
