11/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - A parliamentary troika, made up of German Social-Democrat Wolfgang Behrendt (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe), Romanian Socialist Adrian Severin (OSCE Parliamentary Assembly) and Dutch Liberal Jan Marinus Wiersma (European Parliament) is to visit to Minsk from 12 to 17 October, on the occasion of the legislative elections to be held in Belarus on Sunday.
