Brussels, 10/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - As we have indicated (see yesterday's EUROPE, a look behind the news, and page 9), Italy and Germany presented, on Sunday, to the IGC a proposal for amendment of the Treaty concerning reinforced cooperation.
