ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) fashion

The Italian textiles firm FIN.PART is to take 51% control of the "fashion" business of the Italian brand "Cerruti". To do so, it has made a 45.9 million euro bid to the Cerruti family for the 37% stake held by CERRUTI HOLDINGS, the family holding company that controls the group's activities.
